President and CEO, co-founder Our President and co-founder attended Youngstown State University and has worked in the retail, catalog, and software industries for over 30 years. From 1983–1994, Jeff served as president of Nashbar/Associates, Inc., a provider of turnkey catalog management systems. From startup, NAI grew to an installed base of approximately 125 large installations in over 30 states.
Jeff balances a strong business and technological background. Working closely with over 100 catalog companies has given him a strong knowledge base. Jeff works closely with our software development and support staffs, helping with functional design issues. In addition, Jeff continues to consult directly with customers on key projects and implementations.
e-Commerce Director, co-founder Bryan holds an MIS degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and draws on 25 years of IT experience. Bryan co-founded PSG in 1994 along with Jeff White. His experience in software application development has covered many different types of applications. Bryan’s experience includes 10 years in legal time keeping and billings systems and 15 years of development on catalog management and e-commerce systems.
At PSG, Bryan focuses his e-commerce team on development, implementation, and support of our e-commerce initiative. As the Internet continues to evolve and our clients continue to ask for new features, Bryan’s group will continue to broaden our product reach using the latest, proven technologies. His knowledge of e-commerce systems, order management systems, and direct marketing is invaluable in providing the integration tools necessary to connect our e-commerce suite of products to our client’s back office systems.
Vice President of Operations As a graduate of Kent State University earning a Bachelors of Business Administration, Bill has both a strong technical and business acumen. Bill is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as, a Certified Information Systems Auditor. He spent over 10 years as a systems analyst implementing computer systems prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) as an Information Systems Auditor. While at PWC, his responsibilities included managing global projects for Fortune 500 companies.
At PSG, he focuses on the daily activities of running the company including overseeing customer service and business development.
e-Commerce Service Manager Wayne is a graduate of Youngstown State University earning a Bachelors of Science degree, majoring in Computer Information Systems. Wayne earned valuable Information Technology experience working with National City Bank, providing website development and systems administration services. Working with National City bank definitely enhanced Wayne’s appreciation and understanding of the accuracy and mission critical aspects of a website in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.
At PSG, Wayne has worked on the development and maintenance of websites, third party software integration, web server configuration, project management, and project analysis. Working in all of these areas has given Wayne a broad base of knowledge that enhances his ability to make the right decisions for his clients.
Wayne’s focus is on customer satisfaction and providing a single point of contact for PSG clients. He works directly with PSG developers to ensure client needs are integrated into our software packages.
