History

Phoenix Systems Group (PSG) was founded in 1994 by Jeff White and Bryan Holsinger. With years of experience in developing and supporting software systems for catalog and direct marketing companies, they bring a unique and insightful approach to systems development and business relationships.

PSG develops and supports software systems for direct marketing, catalog and eCommerce companies. We build software systems for order processing, order fulfillment, inventory control, warehouse management, customer relationship management, sales analysis, and forecasting. Our products are targeted at the special needs of catalog customers in both the Business to Consumer “B2C” and Business to Business “B2B” marketplaces.

We also install and integrate accounting and retail POS software, as well as, design, implement, and support computer networks for various industries.

In 1997, PSG began developing and marketing a suite of eCommerce integration products to enable our customers to sell their products and services on the Web. Direct commerce (i.e. catalog) companies were in a unique position to take advantage of the Web because of their existing customer base and fulfillment systems. Based on our experience of writing enterprise level software, our customers urged us to move from writing integration tools to writing fully functional eCommerce websites. We launched our first eCommerce site in February 2000. PSG now offers software to support a full eCommerce storefront and eCommerce integration software to link Websites with the operational and fulfillment systems.

Experience and customer relationships are our hallmarks. Our staff averages over 10 years experience in developing software for the marketplace. Many also have worked in the direct commerce industry for over 15 years.
